Weill built a company based on this business philosophy and a true understanding of every facet of the commercial real estate market. Today, he has brought Murray Construction Co., Inc. to the forefront of the industry. Through Mr. Weill's leadership, the firm has built an unparalleled reputation for surviving and thriving over the course of numerous market cycles.
Mr. Weill, whose areas of expertise include sales, finance and construction, began his career as a construction supervisor and estimator. He spent ten years with Robbins Construction Corp. A former lieutenant in the Army Air Corps during World War II and a graduate in Mathematics from Rutgers University, Maurice Weill also received the 1999 Impact Award from the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) for his contributions to his community and the real estate industry.
An accomplished leader, Maurice M. Weill continues to drive his company to success. He attributes this to the talents and efforts of an outstanding staff. Most of the firm's key employees have been with Murray Construction for more than 20 years, which, in light of today's business world of high turnover, speaks volumes for the guidance of the firm's Chairman.

Doug Friedrich is involved in many areas at Murray Construction. These include financing, property management, tax appeals, environmental compliance matters, and the administrative details of the many joint ventures developed by Murray. As an active investor in many of the properties developed by the company, he is also involved in the acquisition of new properties. A community leader, he serves on the Board of Directors of several organizations, including the American Jewish Committee. Prior to joining Murray Construction, Doug was involved in his own business for approximately 15 years. He is a graduate of Dickinson College.
