Weill built a company based on this business philosophy and a true understanding of every facet of the commercial real estate market. Through Mr. Weill's leadership, the firm has built an unparalleled reputation for surviving and thriving over the course of numerous market cycles.

Mr. Weill began his career as a construction supervisor and estimator with Robbins Construction Corp. A former lieutenant in the Army Air Corps during World War II and a graduate in Mathematics from Rutgers University, Maurice Weill gained distinguished recognition and received numerous awards for his contributions to his community and the real estate industry, including the 1999 Impact Award from the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).

Doug Friedrich is involved in many areas at Murray Construction. These include financing, property management, tax appeals, environmental compliance matters, and the administrative details of the many joint ventures developed by Murray. As an active investor in many of the properties developed by the company, he is also involved in the acquisition of new properties. A community leader, he serves on the Board of Directors of several organizations, including the American Jewish Committee. Prior to joining Murray Construction, Doug was involved in his own business for approximately 15 years. He is a graduate of Dickinson College.

Mr. Nachtome is the chief legal officer at Murray Construction, and works collaboratively with senior management offering strategic direction and leadership for all facets of the company’s operation. Prior to joining Murray Construction in 2011, Mr. Nachtome served as Senior Associate at Kossoff & Unger in New York in the firm’s real estate practice. Nr. Nachtome graduated from Brandeis University with a B.A. in Politics in 1997, and received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2000.
