Murray Construction Inks Two in Piscataway
MILLBURN, New Jersey (March 25, 2010) - The Somerset office of Cassidy Turley has completed two long-term leases totaling 59,000 square feet with Murray Construction Co., Inc. at Murray’s 1.1 million square foot Centennial Corporate Park in Piscataway.
International generic pharmaceutical sales and marketing company Camber Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has signed a 33,000 square foot lease at 1031 Centennial Avenue. Doug Bansbach and Robert Casagrande represented the tenant.
CCS Materials, Inc. has leased 26,000 square feet at 11 Colonial Drive. Chad Hillyer and Michael Markey represented the tenant. CCS has recently been awarded a grant from the New Jersey Commission on Science and Technology for a new Low Temperature Solidification (LTS) process which will be used for creating ceramic materials without the need of high temperature kilns.
