BRIAN FITZSIMONS JOINS MURRAY CONSTRUCTION AS SENIOR VP - DIRECTOR OF REAL ESTATE

MILLBURN, NJ -- Douglas Friedrich, President and COO at Murray Construction Co., Inc. of Millburn, NJ, announced that Brian D. Fitzsimons has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, Director of Real Estate.

In this position, Fitzsimons is responsible for taking the lead in office and industrial leasing, sales and site selection, as well as investment initiatives for Murray Construction. He is also responsible for planning board, board of adjustment and municipal presentations. A seasoned real estate professional, Fitzsimons most recently served as Vice President of Leasing at RexCorp Realty, where he closed more than 2 million square feet of lease transactions. Prior to that, he held brokerage positions with Grubb & Ellis Company and Sutton & Edwards, Inc. A licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New Jersey and member of NAIOP, Fitzsimons holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from New York University as well as a Bachelors degree from Syracuse University. He resides in Wayne, New Jersey.
